Margaret Phillips, CBR, Broker
After relocating to the Capital District more than 18 years ago, Margaret has been
actively and consistently involved in the local real estate market. Her expansive
knowledge of real estate finance and the appraisal process affords her the ability to
write contracts that close on time and with little change. Margaret's negotiation skills
award contracts in favor of her clients time and time again. Settling her family in
Western Saratoga County, Margaret is actively involved in our local community, schools
and various civic organizations. With her reputation for fairness and professionalism,
Margaret is the driving force behind our company. Margaret completed the education
requirements to better serve you as a Certified Buyer Representative and is proud to
have been named to the New York State Association of Realtors Honor Society in 2012.
After graduating from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, Christine pursued a
degree in Political Science and Sociology at SUNY Albany. Following her
undergraduate studies, Christine attended Albany Law School. She has been a
member in good standing of the New York State Bar since 2002. Christine, along
with her husband, Matt and their daughter have decided to make Burnt Hills their
home - because of the excellent schools, wonderful community and great
people. Christine's combination of education, negotiation skills and dynamic
personality make her a strong advocate for both buyers and sellers and a core
component of the Olde Orchard team.

Rocky and Luigi, the beloved Olde Orchard Real Estate (purebred) Yorkshire Terriers (aka: The Yorks) were adopted from a local animal shelter after being turned in by their previous family who could no longer keep them for one reason or another. They bring much entertainment to the office and love to be in the car "selling houses". In the above picture they are cuddled up in their "ugly sweaters" after a long hard day at the office. If you are looking for a pet to love, please consider a shelter pet.
